Earlier this month, Quorum completed the acquisition of Accessible Accessories and we are delighted to officially welcome their team and customers to the Quorum family. To learn more about the Accessible Accessories acquisition, please click here.

The acquisition is a great catalyst for us to move to a single Quorum newsletter and therefore, I am excited to welcome everyone to our inaugural newsletter that will be distributed to all 1,450 dealerships that subscribe to Quorum products or services. With at least one Quorum product in 41% of the Canadian franchised dealerships, Quorum has a leading position in the Canadian market with substantial growth runway across North America.

For those that don’t know the full Quorum story; Quorum is a public company that has built or acquired a best-in-class suite of 12 proven products and services and our team of over 450 employees deliver these solutions to dealerships throughout North America. We have more than 25 years of experience in the industry and Quorum brings a wealth of experience in understanding what it takes to run a successful dealership in the ever-changing automotive retail landscape.

Our booth focussed on the multiple categories of solutions that we have rather than our brands, which was welcomed by dealerships who continuously stated “I did not know Quorum did that”

Quorum DMS

Various Automotive Groups - We have now had two dealer groups each move one of their dealerships to the new Tekion DMS system, however, the experience was not what they expected. We worked with both groups to help as needed including helping move the dealership back onto the Quorum DMS platform.

In both cases, they are happy to be back with our proven DMS product and the support of our knowledgeable Quorum team. We are now in the process of implementing more of our product suite for the groups to provide them with reliable CRM, desking and service lane solutions that will help to simplify operations throughout the entire organization.

Dealermine Sales CRM

Partnering with Customers on our new DealerMine Service CRM Mobile Application - Our DealerMine product and development teams, in close partnership with our customers, are nearing the finish line in releasing our new mobile Sales CRM application. For developing this application, we worked closely with multiple dealer groups to ensure we were building a solution that incorporated their ideas and would meet dealership exact needs. We are now in pilot with three dealer groups. We expect the new mobile Sales CRM application to be a game changer for dealerships and we are excited to have partnered with our customers to bring this solution to dealerships.

Autovance MyDeal

Finch Automotive Group

As part of our Autovance brand, we deliver our MyDeal vehicle sales digital retailing product.
The Group was looking for a digital retailing tool that would help them engage with more consumers online but didn’t impact current customer experiences and expectations. Dealers are always looking for more leads and opportunities to drive sales. And with increasing consumer demand for a transparent vehicle purchase experience, Finch was looking for a digital retailing tool that would deliver accurate, consistent pricing and payments that was tightly integrated to their existing in-store processes.

Finch had tried using a competitive retailing product, but it wasn’t overly successful. The tool was too complicated; while it allowed customers to fill out a credit application and led them through the purchase side of the transaction, it was missing the information component that presented options to the customer before they made a commitment. This ultimately limited customer engagement and resulted in poorer results when it came to driving leads. MyDeal lets the dealership accomplish what they want.
